2019 SBCL Easter Egg Hunt

Kids & Families: Join the Egg-citement!
The Beach is the Bunny Trail to the Annual SBCL Easter Egg Hunt

It’s one of our most treasured events in Sandbridge. The SBCL Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 20 at 10:30 a.m. at Little Island Park. Kids of all ages are welcome and there are a number of volunteer opportunities as well.

Thousands of plastic eggs are scattered on the beach, and they are all donated by generous families. If you would like to contribute, you are asked to stuff 100 plastic eggs with goodies, like wrapped candy, stickers, erasers, coins. This is a great opportunity for children, families and groups to participate. Please put the stuffed eggs in a bag and drop them off at 308 Back Bay Crescent by April 18. You can leave them on the front porch if no one is home.

On the day of the Easter Egg Hunt, we will be collecting canned foods to be donated to the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia. The food drive was very successful last year!

To volunteer to help the day of the event, please contact Amy Barton at 757-478-3139 or email at aab@cox.net.
